Welcome to Samrat Path Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services for booking diagnostic tests and health packages. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

Samrat Path Labs is an online platform for booking diagnostic services, health check-up packages, and home sample collections. We operate in collaboration with accredited laboratories such as General Diagnostics International (P) Ltd. ("GD Labs")for test processing and report generation. While we facilitate bookings and communications, the actual testing and analysis are performed by our partner labs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and book services. Minors may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal and medical details.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from impersonating another person or misusing another user’s account.
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems or networks.

4. Booking and Payments

Booking a test through our platform involves:

• Selecting the test or package and providing required patient details.
• Optionally uploading a prescription (if required for the test).
• Confirming a home sample collection slot or visiting a collection center.
• Making payment online through our secure payment gateway or opting for pay-on-sample-collection (if available).

5. Test Reports & Limitations

Test reports are generated and signed by qualified laboratory professionals. Reports are intended for medical interpretation by a licensed doctor and should not be self-interpreted. Variations in results may occur between laboratories or over time. Our reports are not valid for medico-legal purposes unless otherwise explicitly mentioned.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made before sample collection may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the payment method and processing stage. Refunds for tests already processed will not be possible. Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, neither Samrat Path Labs nor its partner labs are liable for damages resulting from:

• Delays in sample collection or reporting due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the user.
• External factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and content displayed on our platform are the property of Samrat Path Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our platform without prior written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes agreement to the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
