  2. Reminders Set Karein: Apne phone par har ghante paani peene ka reminder set karein. Kuch apps bhi available hain jo aapki paani ki matra ko track karne mein aur yaad dilane mein madad kar sakte hain.
  3. Har Bhojan Se Pehle Paani Peeyen: Har meal se 20-30 minute pehle ek glass paani peene ki aadat daalein. Yeh aapko kam khane mein bhi madad karega.
